Thank you for supporting An Ode To Her. Because our products are primarily digital downloads, please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products sold through anodetoher.com, including journals, worksheets, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered or access has been granted, no refunds will be issued. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Download Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact customer support. We are happy to assist in resolving technical issues or providing a new download link if necessary.

Accidental Purchases

If a duplicate purchase was made by mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. Refunds for accidental purchases are only considered if the files have not been downloaded or accessed. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions with An Ode To Her require full payment at the time of booking. This ensures your session is secured and allows us to be fully present with you when we meet.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a 50% refund. If you choose to reschedule instead, your full payment will be applied toward your new session.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. A new payment will be required to book a new session.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us at contact@anodetoher.com before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any genuine concerns. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being permanently banned from future purchases on anodetoher.com.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as Payhip and PayPal. An Ode To Her does not store credit card or payment information.
